Bagels are a girl's best friend...

... and I like mine whole grain, yeast-free, and full of protein. Not to mention with a slightly sweet and nutty taste that can't be beat. That's why my favorite vegan item of the day is French Meadow Bakery's Healthy Hemp Bagels. And, nothing's better to put on top of these delights than some Garlic and Herb Creamy Sheese from Bute Island Foods. It's a match made in Sunday morning heaven. (Yes, I know I gave you two items today, but I just couldn't mention one without the other in this case. Enjoy!)
